Walink Forms:
form.wa.link/yourbrand
A branded form you build with the questions you need from your customers. They answer first, then land in WhatsApp with those answers already written into the opening message, so every chat starts with the details you need.
Drafts are free. Your subscription is the number of forms you choose, and publishing one uses one.
all features included in every form
Up to 20 questions per form, 11 types: text, email, phone, choices, numbers, dates, ranges...
WhatsApp opens with every answer typed under your opening line, ready to send to your WhatsApp account.
Brand the form with your logo and colors. The live preview in the editor shows exactly what customers will see.
Switch on saving and every submission is kept in your dashboard, searchable and exportable to CSV.
See how many people opened, started and sent the form, and how many reached each question.
Link your privacy policy in the form’s footer, whether or not you save responses.

Question types
Every question has a type, and the type decides what the customer gets on form.wa.link: a text box, a list to pick from, a calendar. Whatever they answer arrives as one line of your WhatsApp message, after its question in bold. Mark any question required or optional, add helper text, set limits, and reorder them as you like, up to 20 per form.
Free text, with the length limits you set. Email and phone answers are checked before the customer can continue.

Customization
Choose the form’s web address, add your logo, set five colors and pick a layout. The editor shows a live preview of the real page beside the fields, so what you see there is what customers get.
What you set
form.wa.link/your-name: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. Set when you create the form, fixed after.
A square logo above the title, your initials until you add one, and an optional line saying what the form is for.
Title, text, background, progress bar and button. Button labels go white or dark on their own, so any button color stays readable.
One question per screen, or every question on a single page. Switch whenever you like.
The first line of the WhatsApp message is yours. Here: “Hi Dental Sol! I’d like to book a visit.” The answers follow it, one per line.
Optional. Add yours and it sits in the footer, before anyone answers.

Use cases
Any business that asks the same questions before every chat has a form that fits. Each card names the form that business would start with, and what lands in the chat.
Patient name, the reason for the visit and a preferred day and time, in one message. Your reply is the confirmed slot.
Kind of form: Booking form
Home size, rooms, how often and the date they want. Everything the price depends on is in the first message, so the first reply is the quote.
Kind of form: Quote request
Cake size, flavor, the words on top and the pickup date, itemized. You confirm the total in the chat.
Kind of form: Order form
Check-in and check-out as one date range, guests and room type. Availability is the only thing left to answer.
Kind of form: Reservation form
Buying or renting, the area, a budget range and when they plan to move. You know how ready a lead is before you type a word.
Kind of form: Lead form
Name, email, the class and the time slot. Save responses and the roster builds itself; the chat is where the reminder goes.
Kind of form: Registration form
Service, stylist and a preferred time. No back-and-forth to find out what they came for.
Kind of form: Booking form
From and to, home size, floor, elevator or not, and the moving date. Enough to price the move in the first reply.
Kind of form: Quote request
Dishes as multiple choice, a quantity, pickup or delivery and the time. The order arrives reading like a ticket.
Kind of form: Order form
Pickup and return dates, car category and the driver’s age. The quote goes back as the first reply.
Kind of form: Reservation form
Type of cover, what to insure and the renewal date. Advisors open the chat with the facts, not the questions.
Kind of form: Lead form
Level, the course they want, a preferred schedule and an email. Enrollment starts with the answers already there.
Kind of form: Registration form
The pet, the symptoms in a few lines and the day that suits. You triage before the chat even starts.
Kind of form: Booking form
What’s broken, in their own words, the neighborhood and when they’re home. Price it or book the visit from one message.
Kind of form: Quote request
Arrangement, size, delivery date and the card message, in one message you can read back to them.
Kind of form: Order form
The tour, travel dates, group size and the hotel for pickup. One message holds the whole booking request.
Kind of form: Reservation form
Company, team size, what they use today and when they want to switch. Sales opens the chat already qualified.
Kind of form: Lead form
Name, email, ticket type and dietary needs. Save responses and the guest list keeps itself; confirmations go out in the chat.
Kind of form: Registration form
Type of session, date, location and how many people. You confirm the slot on WhatsApp.
Kind of form: Booking form
Date, venue, guest count and a budget range. The first call already has the brief.

Questions
They always arrive in the WhatsApp message. Storing a copy in your account is a separate switch — turn it on and every submission also lands in the form’s inbox, searchable and exportable to CSV.
A Walink form is a page at form.wa.link/your-name that asks your questions one step at a time or all on one page. When the respondent finishes, WhatsApp opens with every answer already typed into the message, under an opening line you wrote, and they tap Send. You reply in the chat like any other conversation.
The form itself opens in any browser, on any device, with nothing to install. Sending the answers opens WhatsApp — the app on a phone, WhatsApp Web or the desktop app on a computer — so they need a WhatsApp account to send. There is no other way the answers reach you.
Nothing is sent on the respondent’s behalf: the message is pre-filled and they press Send in WhatsApp. That message is your notification — it arrives in your chats like any other, so there is no email alert to set up. If you switch on “Save form responses”, a copy also lands in the form’s inbox in the dashboard.
Up to 20 questions per form, using 11 question types: short text, paragraph, email, phone, dropdown, number, single choice, multiple choice, time, date and date range. Views and responses are unlimited; a form costs $10 a month however many people fill it in.
Not in the form — the 11 types cover text, choices, numbers, dates and times. Since every response ends in a WhatsApp chat with you, ask for the photo or document there: the respondent can attach it in the same conversation the form just opened.
Each form hands off to one WhatsApp number or username. For a team, create one form per person, or put a Smart Link in your bio to route people to the right agent first and send each agent to their own form. Groups can’t receive form responses because WhatsApp opens one-to-one chats from a pre-filled message.
Link to it rather than frame it. The form lives at its own address, so add a button on your site, put it in your Instagram or TikTok bio, or print its QR code; the page opens full-screen in the visitor’s browser. Walink forms are not designed to sit inside an iframe.
Yes. Every form has a QR code for its form.wa.link address, with the same styling options as a Premium Link’s: dot and corner shapes, colors, your logo, and PNG or SVG downloads for print.
Everything you write — the title, the intro, every question, the choices and the opening line of the message — is in whatever language you type. A few fixed labels on the page, such as Start, Continue, Finish and the line saying the conversation continues on WhatsApp, are in English.
Yes. Questions, colors, layout, the opening line and the number or username can change at any time, and the address keeps working. The one fixed thing is the address itself. Stored responses keep the question they answered, so editing later never rewrites what people already sent.
Answers travel to you inside the WhatsApp message. Walink keeps a copy only if you turn on “Save form responses” for that form; delete the form and its stored responses go with it. You can also attach your privacy policy so respondents can read it before they answer.
$10 a month per published form, with unlimited questions up to 20, unlimited responses and analytics included. Building and previewing a form is free — you subscribe when you publish it, and if you cancel the form becomes a draft again instead of being deleted.
Create and preview the form in the dashboard at no cost, and subscribe when you’re ready to put it live.
