Sales teams
Every lead taps the same link and lands with the next rep in line, in the shares you set. Nobody hands out chats, nobody takes them all.

Smart Links:
wa.link/yourteam
A Smart Link is one wa.link with several WhatsApp accounts behind it. You pick the rule: business hours, the visitor’s country, the platform they came from, or a random split across the team. Each tap opens the right chat, and the customer just lands in WhatsApp.
Drafts are free. Every Smart Link includes its default destination; your subscription is the number of additional destinations you choose, shared across your links, and publishing one uses one.
all features included in every link
Each with its own number or username and its own message.
Days and a window per destination. After hours, the catch-all answers.
Send each country to its own branch or team; everyone else goes to the catch-all.
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat or your own UTM tags.
Share leads across the team evenly, or give some people a bigger share.
Real-time clicks for each destination, by day, country, source and device, compared with the period before. Export to CSV.
How it works
Everyone taps the same link
One wa.link on the bio, the ad and the QR. Behind it, several WhatsApp accounts: one per person, branch or shift.

Smart Links
One number can only answer so many chats, and not every chat belongs to the same person. A Smart Link spreads the load: each tap opens the chat on the account that should take it, and the dashboard counts clicks per account.
Pick a rule
This rule
Every tap opens one of your numbers at random — evenly, or by weights you set, like 50 / 30 / 20. Over a week the split matches the weights, so leads are shared across a sales team without anyone forwarding chats. There is no catch-all here: every number takes its share.
$5 / month per additional destination
Every Smart Link includes its default destination.
Reads nothing — each tap is picked at random.
Use cases
Any business where more than one WhatsApp account answers has a rule that fits. Each card names the routing mode that business would start with.
Every lead taps the same link and lands with the next rep in line, in the shares you set. Nobody hands out chats, nobody takes them all.
Routing mode: Random split
Morning, afternoon and night shifts each answer from their own phone. The link follows the schedule in your timezone, nothing is forwarded.
Routing mode: Business hours
Guests from Brazil reach the Portuguese-speaking desk, guests from the US the English one, each with its own greeting.
Routing mode: Location
Instagram and TikTok shoppers reach the social team; clicks from your own site reach support. One wa.link in every bio.
Routing mode: Referral source
Reception during opening hours, the on-call line after. The same link on the sign and the website, whatever the time.
Routing mode: Business hours
Each market has its own rep. The buyer’s country picks the number and the language of the first message.
Routing mode: Location
Lunch and dinner shifts take reservations on different phones. The QR on the menu opens whichever one is on.
Routing mode: Business hours
One link on every listing. Inquiries rotate across agents, so each gets a fair share and no lead waits on a busy phone.
Routing mode: Random split
Travelers from each country reach the agent who sells that destination, with the message already in their language.
Routing mode: Location
Brand requests from Instagram go to your manager, fan messages from TikTok come to you. The same link in every bio.
Routing mode: Referral source
Each seller has a shift. The showroom link opens whoever is on the floor right now, and after closing the catch-all takes the message.
Routing mode: Business hours
Support follows the sun: the visitor’s country sends them to the team that is awake in that region.
Routing mode: Location
Each shift answers from the phone on the floor. The QR at the counter stays the same when staff or hours change.
Routing mode: Business hours
Quote requests are shared across advisors in the weights you set, so a new advisor takes a smaller share until they are up to speed.
Routing mode: Random split
Each client campaign carries its own UTM tag, so its leads reach that client’s account manager and the counts stay apart.
Routing mode: Referral source
One brand link for every market. The visitor’s country opens the franchisee that serves it.
Routing mode: Location
The front desk during opening hours, the trainer on call after. Membership questions never go unanswered.
Routing mode: Business hours
Questions from the QR on badges and banners are spread across the whole crew, not piled on one phone.
Routing mode: Random split
Enrollment questions from each country go to the advisor who knows its prices and payment methods.
Routing mode: Location
Newsletter, paid social and partner sites each get a tag and a destination. See which source brings the most chats.
Routing mode: Referral source
Day and night riders answer from different numbers. One link on the menu, one phone per shift.

Questions
No. When you share a link on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, their servers fetch it to build a preview. Those fetches are filtered out, so your numbers are people, not previews.
One wa.link that routes each click to one of several destinations — agents, branches, shifts or campaigns — instead of a single number. Each link has a routing mode: a weighted random split, business hours per destination in your timezone, the visitor’s country, or the referral source (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, or your own referrers and UTM tags). Every destination has its own number or username, its own message and its own click count. The link includes its default destination; each additional one is $5 a month.
Yes. In business-hours mode each destination gets its own days and time window, evaluated in your business’s timezone, not the visitor’s. A click inside the window goes to that destination; clicks outside every window — nights, weekends, holidays — fall to the last destination, the catch-all, so nobody hits a dead end.
Yes. In referral-source mode you assign destinations to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Snapchat, or to any referrer or UTM tag of your own — a newsletter, an ad campaign, a partner’s site. Clicks whose source matches none of them go to the catch-all destination.
Each destination gets a weight and every click is assigned at random in that proportion — 50/50 between two agents, or 70/20/10 across three. It is the way to share a queue fairly without anyone assigning chats by hand, and the per-destination analytics show how the split actually landed.
Yes. Every destination has its own number or WhatsApp username and its own prefilled message, so the sales team and support can each be greeted the way they expect. The messages travel with the destinations: if you switch routing modes, what you typed is kept.
Anytime. A Smart Link runs one mode at a time — random split, business hours, location or referral source — and switching keeps your destinations, their numbers and their messages; you only set the rules of the new mode. The wa.link address never changes.
Yes. Every Smart Link has a QR code with the same styling as a Premium Link’s — module and corner shapes, colors, your logo, PNG or SVG for print — and a scan is routed like any other click, so one printed code can reach the right branch or the agent on shift.
Yes. Smart Links is the successor of Multiagent: the round-robin you had becomes a random split between the same agents, and you gain the business-hours, location and referral-source modes. When you sign in to the new dashboard your Multiagent links are listed for migration and keep their exact wa.link addresses.
A Smart Link shows the same real-time breakdown as a Premium Link — clicks by day, country, city, source, device, operating system and browser, with QR scans apart, a previous-period comparison and CSV export — and adds where each click went: every destination has its own count, so you can see how the split, the hours, the countries or the referral sources actually distributed your traffic.
Every Smart Link includes its default destination. Each additional destination — an agent, a city, a time window, a referral source — is $5 a month, drawn from one pool shared across all your Smart Links. A three-way link is two additional destinations, $10 a month. Add or remove them anytime.
The last destination on every Smart Link is the catch-all. In business-hours, location and referral routing it answers whatever the other rules don’t, so nobody reaches a dead end.
